How can I volunteer?

Volunteers are the backbone of our programs. Prepare a meal. Read a story. Help write a resume. Offer compassion and support. Even an hour of volunteering can change lives.

How can my congregation get involved?

Family Promise of Southern Chester County is now sheltering families in apartments. Congregations can "Adopt a Promise House" and restock the home with necessary supplies in between guests.  Guests can also receive hospitality and meals from the congregation’s members and other volunteers. Find out how your congregation can help.

How can my organization help?

Family Promise of Southern Chester County has many opportunities for your business or organization to get involved.  From fundraisers to volunteer project to wish list drives, there is something for everyone looking to get involved.

What is the Family Promise current wish list?

By donating everyday items to Family Promise of Southern Chester County, you can make a difference in the lives of homeless families who are working hard to regain sustainable independence.

What  events are coming up?

Family Promise of Southern Chester County hosts two signature events each year; An Evening of Promise and a Day of Promise.  These events are to engage support, raise funds and spread the word about our mission to end family homelessness.​Please watch our social media and newsletter to learn about upcoming events.  The events are invaluable opportunities to create relationships with people and companies who are interested in helping us make a difference in the lives of homeless parents and their children.
