We offer many opportunities to make a difference in the lives of the families we serve.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the backbone of our programs. Prepare a meal. Read a story. Help write a resume. Offer compassion and support. Even an hour of volunteering can change lives.

How Can My Congregation Become a Host

Family Promise of Southern Chester County is now sheltering families in apartments. Congregations can "Adopt a Promise House" and restock the home with necessary supplies in between guests.  Guests can also receive hospitality and meals from the congregation’s members and other volunteers. Events

Family Promise of Southern Chester County hosts two signature events each year; An Evening of Promise and a Day of Promise.  These events are to engage support, raise funds and spread the word about our mission to end family homelessness.
